Terms of use
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Roomfixer, provided by OFPINE AB, Sweden (“we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The service
Roomfixer creates pictures of rooms from photos you provide, using AI. The pictures are inspiration. Sizes, colours, materials and details may differ from reality, and the pictures are not technical drawings or professional advice. Check measurements, products and building requirements before you buy or build.
Your account
You are responsible for the use of your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You give us the right to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to provide the service to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
The pictures you create
You may use the pictures Roomfixer creates for you for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as planning your home or sharing with friends. If you use edited pictures in a property listing, say clearly that they are digitally edited.
Acceptable use
Do not use Roomfixer to create misleading, illegal or harmful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Subscriptions
Roomfixer Plus is sold as a weekly or yearly subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Free use and limits may change.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Roomfixer available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of pictures from Roomfixer. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts. Consumers in the EU can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
