Privacy policy

This policy explains how OFPINE AB (“we”) handles personal data when you use the Roomfixer app and this website. We are the data controller. Contact: apps@ofpine.com.

What we collect

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Who processes the data

We use service providers that process data on our behalf:

Supabase – database, login and file storage, hosted in the EU (Stockholm).
Google (Gemini API) – the AI models that create the designs and tips. Your photo and your choices are sent to the model to create the design.
RevenueCat – manages subscription status together with Apple.
Apple – payments, Sign in with Apple and push notifications.
Google – if you choose Sign in with Google.
Expo – delivery of push notifications.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another legal transfer mechanism.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, photos and designs until you delete them or your account. When you delete your account in the app, your rooms, photos and designs are deleted. Records of how many designs were created are kept without your user id so that service-wide limits still work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent for notifications at any time in your iPhone settings. Contact us at apps@ofpine.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Children

Roomfixer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

This website

roomfixer.app does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our web host may log technical data such as IP address for security and operation.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app.
